If you’d still like a refund, the steps might be a little different depending on how you purchased your subscription, so be sure to choose the relevant option.

You can request a refund from Google Play with just a few quick steps 🙃

  • Begin Google Play’s refund flow: Google Play refunds

  • Tap your avatar in the top-right corner > check you’re logged in with the correct account

  • Press “Continue” > then “Confirm”

  • Select your TimeU purchase > tap “Continue”

  • Select a reason for the refund > tap “Continue”

  • Describe the reason in more detail > tap “Request refund”

Payments made through the Google Play Store are usually eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
